An era of Prohibition is over at Hawker Bar! A full drinks menu with expanded hours and infinite amounts of fun and revelry will be coming to 164 Ossington Ave, as Hawker Bar serves up great beer, wine and spirits with our Singapore-style street food. It all begins Saturday, June 2nd! We’ll be open for lunch at 11:45am and be serving till 2am. Stay tuned for more updates to our hours and menu!
Having lived in Melbourne for over 12 years, I am thoroughly familiar with the Asian/Singaporian street food scene. After returning home, I sampled some of what Toronto had to offer but was left wanting. As I pined for the wonderful flavours of the far east, I found that Hawker Bar’s menu may just be the answer to what we missed. My family and I went for the evening and we were thoroughly impressed. The chef has produced and exceeded the flavours of the Melbourne/Singapore restaurants that we remember. My family and I were all left full, and extremely satisfied and now back with the great far east tastes that we acquired in Melbourne. Victoria and the other staff were excellent looking after us as we persued our passion. Welccome to T.O. “Hawker Bar”……we will be back….often!
